Written a story in ages. I've always had ideas, and I write them down, but I always forget about it. There was a phase in high school and a little bit through college where I'd write poems, short stories, I had even created a language for a story I was working on long term. Unfortunately, those short stories and most of the poems are gone, lost in the sea of dusty items in the hole called a garage, and inside of an old dormant PC.
I think I shall start up again once winter break starts =3 so until then, I have a poem I'd like to share that I wrote about two years ago. I did some editing and added a few lines, but yea, here it is. Enjoy!

Experience of Life by Crystal

Life is blood, earth, water, air,
Elements consume the body.
Words, feelings, thoughts fill the mind,
Emotions fill our hearts, connected to our understanding.
Riddles fill the hole in the persona we attain.
Realize, when we can observe and perceive,
Kindness and compassion trickles to our eyes
When we can feel another’s pain,
Apologize when we have regrets,
Knowing meaning when we create our purpose,
Punish and torture when we hate.
Waiting, when we expect something,
Assume when to fill in the unknown,
Fear when we are vulnerable,
Loyal, when we care and have reason to,
Believe, when we can make a choice.
Hope, when there is vision of possibilities,
Trust when there is worth,
Laugh when there is a tickle of interest.
Forget when the moment is unfocused,
And dream when there is passion.
